A MYSTERIOUS AFFAIR.

United Press Association —Copyright Received July 8, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, July 8. The Express states that tile safe at Dublin Castle was plundered of the insignia of the Order of'St. Patrick, of a value of £50,000.. The insignia, which was required in connection with the Royal visit, was last seen some months ago. The robbery is a mystery, since the insignia is never in public view. The tower where it is kept is carefully guarded. The safe is intact. Apparently a duplicate ltov was used.
