Archbishop Redwood sang the requioum .mass at tho Basilica Hall, and preached a sermon on tlio toxt, “Blessed aro tho dead which die in the Lord.” Mr. Couston arrived from the south yesterday morning. On behalf of the waterworks engineer ho will inspect tlie pipe line to-day.
