- FINDING OF THE JURY. Press Association. INVERCARGILL, yesterday. The Nightcaps jury found that death w'as due to the effects of white damp, and added the following rider- “The jury considers that due care was not exercised prior to the three deceased entering the tip, and recommend that safety lamps he used for inspection, and that the Inspccto • of Mines insist upon the lnanauyment complying witji all the provisions of: the Goal Mines Act m future,”
