COOK MEMORIAL.

THE TROOPERS’ NAMES. Lately a requisition lias been signed asking the Mayor to remove the names of South African contingenters from the Cook Memorial. A meeting of the Patriotic Committee will be held in the Borough Council Chambers to-morrow morning in connection with the matter. The meeting is being called on behalf of the Cook Memorial Committee and at the request of tlio Mayor. In an advertisement in this issue members of the Cook Memorial Committee and others interested are . requested to attend* The meeting will commence at 10,45 a.m.
