United Press Association—Copyright NEW YORK. June 30. The New York Herald and Sai Francisco Call are' agitating to send the most powerful warships to the Pacific, where, in their opinion, they are most likely to be needed. They describe as treasonable nonsense the policy of keeping a weak force in the Pacific in view of the United States sparing Japanese susceptibilities.
