DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS

Press. Association. ; AUCKLAND, yesterday. In the Supreme Court Charlotte Amelia Stone asked for dissolution of marriage with Bernard Mark Stone on the ground of desertion. The parties were married in 1898 ,and lived in Auckland, Sydney,-“Wellington, and Wailii. There was one child of the marriage, which was scalded to death at Whangarei. Petitioner stated that her husband had deserted her siuce November, 1901. Mr. Justice Denniston adjourned the case to enable petitioner to bring corroborative evidence.
