Press Association. ' i AUCKLAND, Saturday. Mr. Justice Denniston granted' a decree nisi in the case of Arthur, J Bei- , . 1 lamy v. Charlotte Bellamy and Patrick Mark Corcoran, co-respondent. The Bellamys were married in 1898, petitioner being 23 and respondent 17. It . was agreed that they should live apart till the wife was 21. They 1 parted at the church door. They corresponded in affectionate terms for some time. This gradually ceased ind when the wife was aged 21 petitioner wrote to her expressing an « Intimation to return to_ her. The wife replied, addressing him as “Dear Sir,” and declined, adding that she intended to live with her parents. He proceeded to the parents* house to claim his wife. - The door was shut in his face. Subsequently he heard that his wife) i misconducted herself with co-respondent. The evidence supported the statement. A decree nisi was ordered. . A decree nisi was also granted in the case of Sarah J. Neary v. Joseph Albert Neary, on the grounds'of misconduct-.
