The weather was wot and the lttendance therefore not so large as usual. Tho eourso was soft and there •vere several spills in the Steeplechase, out no serious accidents resulted. Ihe sum of £8,045 was invested on "he totalisator, including £1,163 on :ho double machine, end increase of £1,031 over tho first day last year. Results:—
