Tauwharctoi, No. 48, 400 acres, loaso to Oliver Charles Ormerod for 21 years at Is per aero lor tho first seven years, Is 3d second seven years and Is 9d for tho remainder of the term.
Tanwharetoi 315 No. 1, G7G acres, leaso to Oliver Charles Ormerod fox--21 years at Is per acre for first 7 years, Is Gd for second 7 years, and 2s for remainder of tho term. Tanwharetoi No. 28, 550 acres, lease to Oliver Charlos Ormerod for 21 years at Is per acre for the first 7 years, Is 3d for the second 7 years, and Is 9d for the remainder of tho term.
Mr. Nolan appeared in the above cases.
Orua 58, 36 acres.On the application of Mr. F. W. Nolan, the Board recommended the removal of restric--tions on Orna 5B to permit of a salo to T. It. Sherwood.
Tho time was extended for the formal approval of leases in the following blocks:—Mangapoike 20, Taumataomanii. No. 2A, Tuturn No. 2, Hauturu No. 2, Takamore iNo. 1, Wharokiraponga No. 4, and Tarewauru A No. 2F.
