At. the mooting of the Tai-Rawhiti Maori Land Board yesterday the following applications were dealt with: Makarika F, 11 acres, lease to Mary Sophie Sherwood for 21 years, at 9s 3d per acre. Makarika E, 30 acres, lease to Mary Sophia Sherwood, for 21 years, at 9s 3d per acre.. Makarika C, 1-5 acres, lease to Mary Sophia Sherwood, for 21 years, at 9s 3d per acre. Hauanu B, 2G4 acres, lease to Harold Townes Somerville, for 21 years, at 3s per acre. Makarika A OHJ K L and M, 791 acres, lease to Marjorie F. Somerville, for 21 years, at 9s 3d per acre. Orua No. 50, 1557 acres, lease to Harold Townes Somerville, for 21 years, at 4s 9d per acre. Ahiateatua B, 750 acres, lease to James Townes Somerville, for 21 years, at 4s 3d per acre. Mr. J. 4V. Nolan appeared in all the above cases.
