Press Association. AVANGANUI,' yesterday. In the Supreme Court this morning Mr. Justice Cooper heard an appeal of AVilliam Abbott, licensee of the Masonic Hotel, against the decision of Mr. Stanford, S.M., in a case of allowing drunkenness on the hotel premises. Judge Cooper upheld the Magistrate’s conviction, and dismissed the appeal.
