TELEPHONE HOURS
Regarding a statement which appeared 'in yesterday’s issue, with respect to the telephone hours, Mr. Renner, Chief Postmaster, states that on Sundays the exchange is open from 8.30 to 9.30 in the mornings and from 4 to 5 p.m* iff the afternoons.
A suggestion was made that the exchange be opened from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sundays, but Mr. Renner was not in favor of this. He considered it too long a break from 11 p.m. on the previous Saturday night.
