DECREE NISI GRANTED.
Press Association. WELLINGTON, last night. Air. Justice Button to-day granted a decree nisi on the application of Elizabeth A'ine for dissolution of her
marriage with Geo. Vine; iiOw of Gisborne, on tlie ground of respondent’s drunkenness and failure to provide for her support. The parties were married at Christchurch on 2otli March, 1880.
