AN EARLY MARRIAGE.

CHRISTCHURCH, yesterday.
A man of 25 years was sued /at the Court to-day for the maintenance of liis wife, aged 18 years, and child. Tho woman said she married before she was 16. Tho Magistrate remarked strongly on any mother, allowing her daughter to be married at such an early ago. Tho man earned 30s a week. His-wages were ordered to be divided with bis-wife and child.
