Tittoni, in the Chamber, said that while Italy adhered to the noble intentions inspiring Britain’s limitation of armaments, slio agreed to tlio reserves made by Germany and Aus-tria-Hungary as to the possibility of immediate realisation ; but Italy would participate in the discussion at. the Hague, reserving tho right of absolute freedom of action. The solution belonged to the future.
