The prices realisod were: —Brown gelding Sir Hector, by Lochness —Delilah, C. Weal, 40gs. ; bay colt Canrobert, by Soult-—Hotcherina, C. Affleck (Oamaru), 250g5.; bay gelding Defender, by Cuirassier—Helen McGregor, T. Williams, 55g5,; bay mare Ansterlitz, by Soult —Sappho, D. Buick (Palmerston North), 40gs. ; bay colt Hierarch, 2yrs, iby Cyrenian—Miss Annie, Price, 160 gs; total, 545g5. A yearling bay colt by Soult- —Lady Hester, sold on account of R. Tliorpe, realised 200g5., the buyer being Mrs. Goombe.
