The report of the Trust Agency Compay of Australasia for the past year shows a profit of £70,053. A dividend of 6.1 per cent, is announced, £1969 being carried forward.

MELBOURNE HIDES MARKET MELBOURNE, May 9.

Hides are dull and unchanged, except sloppy sorts, which have eased.

Press Association. GOLD-MINING DIVIDEND. AUCKLAND, yesterday. A cable received from Loudon announces that at the annual meeting of the Waihi Goldmining Company a dividend of 3s per share and a bonus of a similar amount was passed. The Chairman stated it was expected to pay a dividend of 3s 6d per share on September Ist, and that thereafter the same rate of dividend would continue.
