The box plan for the two recitals to be given by Midame Blanche Arral, the famous French prime donna, on "Wednesday and Friday. Bth and 10th May, will be opened at Mr. .Miller’s on Friday morning at 10 o'clock. The appearance of this artiste is an event in the musical history of Gisborne. Madame Arral enacts grand arias and scenas from grand opera in magnificent costumes framed in appropriate scenery and accompanied by an orchestra of picked instrumentalists.
