FLORAL FETE
There was only a small attendance at the fete held at the ‘Gisborne Racing Club’s course on Saturday ill aid of ' the funds of tho Gisborne School. The exhibits were displayed in tlie produce shod of the Poverty Bay A. and P. Association, Mr. G Dal ton being the judge. During tho afternoon the City Band .played selections of popular music Swings and sec-saws were provided for the ejiilclren, and Mr. J. Somervell’s morry-go-round was largely patronised. Air. J.
