A CONTRADICTION,
To the Editor of the Times. Sir, —When Mr. Tlios. Pizzey was giving his evidence in his case re 11 ichards, he said that Mr. Richards told him that I had made him an offer for his business, one story or the other was not the truth. Mr. Richards asked file to male can offer, but I declined, as the price he asked me was more than its value in my estimation. —Yours, etc., A. CHILTON.
