TE RAU V.' COMMON, SHELTON AND CO. These teams, met yesterday, and, after a very interesting game, C.B. and Co. won by 30 runs. C.S. and Co., strengthened by the inclusion of AA'. Gibson, Dr. Collins, and Robinson, of United, and Torkington. of the AA r andercrs, hatted first, and made 132. Dr. Collins (55) batted in a nice free style, and bar, a few uppish strokes, gave no chance. Robinson (31) also gave a clean exhibition . J. AAhick, H. AYack, J. Monk, llbert and Cox all kept excellent lengths, and were hard to score off. To Rail, with one hour and twenty minutes to bat. made a hard try to get the runs required to win,'but were unlucky in having a very weak tail end. R. A\ r . Cary (26), D. M. Gorman (21), Gallan (14), llbert (15), and J. AA r ack (10, not out) all batted merrily. Torkington, eight for 30, bowled an excellent length, and varied liis pace well.
