A AVcljington telegram states: The certificated employees in the local marine are indignant because they have not been given representation at the Imperial Maritime Conference. While the men who work under the captains, officers and engineers, and the shipowners also, have been given representation, they have been cpiito ignored. It was suggested to the Premier as far back as September last that Air. A. It. Hislop should be appointed to represent the certificated men. Sir Joseph Ward says it will not be possible to increase the representation. A MODERN DIGESTIVE.
