In the House of Commons Mr Glad" stone, replying to Sir Charles Dilke, said that Government proposed to send a Commission to enquire on the spot the effect of the Wages Board and Compulsory Arbitration Act in Australia and New Zealand; also the result of the early closing of shops legislation.
