TRESS ASSOCIATION Dunedin, last night. The Otago Daily Times learns from an official source that it is intended to hold a conference of licensed victuallers at an Vearly date during the eoming year with the object of considering the question of licensees who conduct their business improperly. It is proposed to initiate legislation which will deal with such offenders, and also to adopt- measures to put the trade in every part of the colony on a footing that will be satisfactory to the great body of electors.
