He came to a satisfactory arrangement re trawling limit?. Mr Millar created a favorable impression, and went into all masters thoroughly, Auckland, last night. The Hon. Millar returned to town from tho Thames to-night. He visits the Kai- v para next week, and will probably return to Wellington about the end of Ihe week. The Hon. J. McGowan is remaining at Themes for a few days.
