TRUSS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHT Received 10,40 pan., Doc 12. London, Dec 12. Arthur A’Bccket, past president of tho Institute of Journalists, read a paper at the Colonial Institute on the colonial press. He suggested tho formation of a Guild of British Imperial Press, holding annual meetings at the principal colonial capitals. Mr Samuel Cook defended the Australian press against tho lecturer’s charge of parochialism.
