At the inquest the evidence of the neighbors was that Mrs Bradford, Spaniard, was married leas than a year. They were constantly quarrelling, and her husband frequently ill treated her. Jast prior to the tragedy she asked tbe police to arrest her husband for throttling her. The police deolined. She told the neighbors that she got her Spanish blood up and knifed him. A verdict of wilful murder against Mrs Bradford was returned.
