A BALD HEAD.
CONTRACT T.O MAKE HAIR GROW PRESS ASSOCIATION Christchurch, yesterday. A bald-headed Italian, named Jorno Mami, sued N. C. Bassi in the Magistrate’s Court to-day for £‘6 odd, Bassi calls himself a medical herbalist, and made a contract with Mami to restore his hair for jE3 which was to bo refunded in case the hair failed to grow. It did fail. Bassi said the directions for treatment bad not been attended to. The Magistrate said ■the only cure for baldness was a Wig, ana gave judgment for plaintiff..
