They have so far been twelve applications finally dealt with by the Laud Board for workers’ homes, of which there are twenty-five at Petonc, Six tenants are in occupation.
Two men, William Kay and John Davy, were sued at the Supreme Court to-day for T3l by Thos. Hanlon. The men are now serving sentence imprisonment for rob - bing Hanlon, and the sum sued for was the amount found in their possession. Judgment was given for the amount claimed.
