THE FAVORED BOYS. PRKSS ASSOCIATION Ohristobnrcb, last night. Arrangements have been made by the Exhibition authorities with the Union Company to transport bona fide aehool children in numbers of not less than 20 and not more than 300 at a time from Wellington to Lyttelton at 12s return fare, including meals. Teaohers travelling in ohargo will be oarried in the saloon at steerage rates. The arrangement will corns into fotoa to-day and continue till December 21. They will be then discontinued ovor the Christmas holidays, but will bo rosumad on January 15. The concessions apply ODly to boys, the Union Company deoliniog responsibility in regard to girls, and does not recommend the transport of girls uader the above conditions.
