PRESS ASSOCIATION Dunedin, last night, The Otago A. and P. Society's anaual summer show was commenced to-day, when sharp, cattle, pigs, and somo of tho horses were judged. The weather was fine, though a slight shower fell. Tho attendance was fair for the first day. A feature of too show so far is the fine die* ploy of sheep, cattle, and draught horses, tna show falling off in numbers, but tho judges cousideiod tne quality never bettor. In tne cattle stcuon iba efiempious wore : Snorthoros bull, Aribur Unumbailam ; oow, Mitchell Bros. Polled Angus, bull end cow, Murray Roberts and Co. Ayrshices, bull and cow, W. Cowan. Jerseys, bull and cow, F. Helloytr. Only stalnous in draughts and iiuckuoys wero judged. In pigs Unarlea Brice swept tho buurd, his 80 entries taking 20 firsts and 10 seconds.
