JA cablegram on the 6th inst. stated { " A Russian bomb-ibrower, arrested on an extradition warrant at Manchester, con' tossed that ho had murdered several policemen and others'. St. Petersburg, Nov. 16. A Russian woman about to bcoome a mother was executed for complicity in a bomb outrage.
