A STATE PROSECUTION. PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Reooived 9.16 p.m., Nov. 16. New York, Nov. 16, Mr Moody, United States AttorneyGeneral, has instituted a prosecution of Rockfeller and others at St. Leuis to secure dissolution of the Standard Oil Trust as cabled.
A cablegram of the 13th insf. stated : 11 The authorities in Washington are initiating a prosecution seeking to dissolve the Standard Oil Company into the seventy original concerns, and to secure the prevention of mutual understandings tending to the artificial maintenance of prioea.”
