WORLD’S RECORD FOR WOOL SALES.

At the wool sales 26,000 bales were catalogued, a world’s record for a single day. Competition was .very keen. Bradford and American buyers were present in full strength, but Continental were not much in evidence. Nearly the whole quantity catalogued were sold. Prices for good wools were generally a farthing up. Reoeived 11.57 p.m,, November 14. Sydney, Nov, 13.
At tbe wooLsales 9600 bales were oata* logued. There was a good demand for the better class of wools. Good greasy was in strong demand at slightly higher rates.
