TRADES DIBPUTES BILL AND IRELAND. PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Reoeiyed 10 23 p.m , Nov. 2. London, Nov. 2. There was a stormy Boene in the House of Commons over Visoouot Oastleresgh’a motion that the Trade Disputes Bill do not apply to Ireland. The motion was negatived by 239 to 4. Mr S. H. Butoher declared that the Bill facilitated boyootting and intimidatioD, as, whon under the Land League’s banoful tyranny, the living were refused the necessaries of fife, and the dead denied coffin?. Mr W. Delaney: It is a slander. Mr Fiynn : It is a lie. The interjections were withdrawn under the Speaker’s direction.
