THE POLISH PETITION. PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 9.50 p.m. Oat 31. Berlin, Oct. 31. The Polish petition presented to the Prussian Government against the daily detention of 45,000 cbildien for refusing religious instruction in German met with a stern rebuff. Dr. S.uat, Minister of Instruction, declares that the regulations will be enforced by every means the law permits.
