London. Oct. 30. It is officially announoed that the fol lowing changes amongst the naval oom manders-in ohiof take effect early nexl year

Admiral G. S. Bosanquet, to oommand at Portsmouth.

Vioe-Admiral Lord Charles Beresford the Channel Fleet. Vice-Admiral Sir 0. Drury, the Medi terranean Fleet. Rear Admiral Sir A. G. Curgonhowe, the Atlantic Fleet; Rear Admiral Sir F. S. Bridgeman, the Home Fleet.

Vioa-Admiral Sir W. H, May becomes Second Sea Lord. Rear-Admiral A. L. Winsioo becomes Fourth Sea Lord.

1 Rear-Admiral Prince Louis of Battonisurg has been appointed second in cornmaud of tho Mediterranean Fleet, Bear-Admiral C. H. Adair succeeds Prinoe Louis of Battenburg in oommand of the seeond cruiser squadron. Captain F. S. iDgltfield, one of the Lords of the Admiralty and Naval Aide to the King, commands the fourth cruiser squadron, vice Admiral Bosanquet.
