TOE BOGUS CAPTAIN,
PRESS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHT Berlin, Oct. 27. The bogus oaptoin who oreated a sensation at Koporoiok, has been arrested at Gixdorf. Reoeivod 4.86 p.m., Oet. 28. Particulars of tho Kopenick effjir show that tbo robber was a cobbler, and a native of Tilist. His name is Voigt. Ho waß identified by meanß of a photograph. He arrived at Itixdorf, having in his possession one hundred pounds. He glorified in the exploit, and freely admitted being tbe perpetrator of tbe robbory. Voigt was novor a soidirr, but rather a I notorious criminal, having terved son tenoos aggregating years for thefts and forgery.
