Britain’s proposals at the Wireless Congress, that the autonomous colonies snould be represented on the International Bureau, with a proviso that no power having colonies should command more than seven, votes, was rejected. The question of colonial representation was postponed until a further congress. All the powers now vote equally, It is understood that Britain proposes to exempt Marconi stations from compulsory intercommunication with stations of other wireless systems, but is willing to provide some statious in England where inter-communication will be enforced,
