Tho Daily Telegraph says that the Government has conceded laborers’ demands in the Trade Disputes Bill. All the words of clause 4, seeking to make trade union funds liable for actions or injunctions, have been deleted. In the picketing clause the words‘‘in a reason, able manner ” have been deleted, but the word “ peacefully ” retained. Government refused to aooept Sir Charles Dilke’s amendment that all pieketing shou;d be allowable if it did not constitute a nuisanoe at oommon law.
