LABOR LEAGUE AND CAPTAIN JOLLY. PRESS ASSOCIATION Dunedin, last night. At a meeting of the Politiool Labor League a motion was carried to plaee on resold the appreciation of the oondoci of Captain Jolly, of the steamer Fjrt Stephens, who, by bis humane action, saved his crew, numbering §0 men, from starvation, and probably untimely death, being of opinion that his aotion wi'l appeal to all classes with hummitarian principles and considering the treatment to whioh be was sulj ruled harsh and cruel,
