The Daily Mail says the Germans have gradually purchased the shares of the original owners of Whitworth colloriep, Meatb, embracing an area of twelvo square miles, estimated to contain three hundred and seventy-five million tons of tho finest smokeless coal. The British directors have been summoned to resign in favor of Germane. A quarter of a million pounds was paid for the estato.
