PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 9.38 p.m., Sept. 19. New York, Sept. 19. A train ’ was precipitated into the Cimarron river at Dover, Oklahama, owing, to the track yielding. ■ First reports stated that one hundred were drowned, but later accounts say that some were saved.
