The Daily Express’ Berlin correspondent reports that the polioe arrested at Breslan; three anarchists, an Italian, a Pole, and a Cz;ob, who are agents of an international terrorist organisation, on suspicion that they intended to throw a bomb at the Kaiser while motoring to the manoeuvres. The anarchists resisted violently, and tried to stab the detectives. A number of Russian and Polish anarchists have been expelled from Breslau, and others have beeu arrested.
