Expert evidonoe in tbe Basildon murde case shows indications tbat Watson wa shot at a distance of twelve feet, and his wife twice at dietauces of eighteen and eight feet. Tbe p-isoneis’ clothes and bocts were slightly blood-stained. They were com. milted for trial. A previous cablegram rotated that Biobard and Bobert Buckbam, farmer’s eons at BssildoD, confessed to shooting and killing Waison and his wife, ponltry farmers, for fetching water oonlrary to the farmer’s orders.
