HEAVY FINES IMPOSED.

PRESS ASSOCIATION AabburlOD, last night. At the Magistrate’s Court tc-day the BM. convicted John Kilgour on three charges of selling and on a charge of | exposing liquor for sale at Mount Stmers, and fined him JE3O on one charge for selling. A week was showed in which to pay the fine, failing which six weeks’ ment would be imposed. Jameß Smith was fined 40s and costs for bringing liquor into a no license district.
