PRESS ASSOCIATION Masterton, last night. The body of Ken Dagg, aged 32, who had been missing from his home on the Tinner Plains since August 2Dib, was found io a hay shed a short distaccs from his homestead. Search parties had fcesn out for a week.

Rboda Miriam Cane, a single womaD, aged 76, was found dead in bed this rooming. An inquest will probably he held. Wellington, last night. News has been reoeived here of the death at Sydney of Mr Delnot Sladden, well known throughout the colony as manager of the Wellington Meat Expor Company.
Obristohurob, last nigbt. A man named Mark Blake died enddenly at Mm Smart’s boardinghouse on Saturday evening. An inquest was held yesterday, and a verdict of death from h art disease returned. Deceased had recently been in a railway acoident at Geelong and wes on his way to Hanmer Springs to recuperate. The police have reoeived a telegram from East Oxford, stating that Arthur Johacem, twenty years of age, banged himself in the bush there on August dlst. Johansen was a busbman by occupation, | Dunedin, last night.
A Chinaman, known as Patab, who had been ailiDg aS Tapanui foe soma time, died while beiDg brought to Dunedin on Saturday for the purpose of being treated in the hospital.
