Wellington, last night. After much cogitation and considerable eounding of tbo Party by the Whips, the Government has decided to place a sum of £6COO on the Estimates as a grant to Mrs Srddon. This is jut double the amount voted for the wives of other dcoeased Premiers who wore muohpoorer than Mrs Boddon, and several members are already expressing their opposition to tbe proposal, Tho vote will not be paeeod without discussion, and possibly it may be reduced.
