TROUBLE IN SPAIN.

PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT Madrid, August 23. Labor disturbances continue at Bilbao. Barricades have been erected. There an three thousand strikers. Martial law is in operation.

No newspapers were published to day. A collision between the polioe and tbe strikers resulted in several on eaoh side being killed aad wounded.

A number of strikers attempted to stop a traia at Santander, but tbe civil guard fired, killing two and wounding three.
