Mr Meagher applied for reinstatement on the roll of solicitors, from which his name was removed after the Dean oase. As there had been references to applioant in the Lands Commission the Chief Justioe declined to entertain the application till all the civil and criminal proceedings arising out of the land scandal had been finished.
